Leave of Absence Coordinator
A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Coordinator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for ADA, Leave of Absence (LOA), and Workers' Compensation processes
Facilitate the FMLA leave administration process and maintain communication with employees on leave
Manage and maintain accurate records of leave and accommodation requests, ensuring compliance with applicable laws
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; high school diploma required if using equivalent experience
Minimum two years of administrative support experience in Human Resources, focused on leave of absence and workers' compensation
Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and state-specific leave and disability requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS and timekeeping systems
