Professional Development Manager
A company is looking for a Manager for Professional Development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement competency models for various job positions and integrate them into the performance review process
Develop and implement career development tracks and methodologies using competency models
Assist in implementing Professional Development Plans based on competency models and project results
Key Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance management and competency model integration
Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian is a plus
Proactive, motivated, and results-focused team player
Advanced experience in Excel (VLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH, etc.)
