A company is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist. Key Responsibilities Facilitates and assesses training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff in both remote and in-person settings Designs and develops instructional materials and employs various training methodologies to enhance program effectiveness Mentors new Learning and Development Specialists and leads projects supporting enterprise initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 5+ years of relevant experience Preferred certifications for clinical trainer roles include LCSW, RN, LPN, or LMHC Experience in instructional design and training program development Ability to manage group dynamics and create a learner-focused environment
