Cloud Database Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Cloud Database Support Engineer. Key Responsibilities Provide email and live technical support to enterprise customers for complex technical issues and outages Identify, reproduce product issues, perform QA, and submit bug reports or feature requests Collaborate with software developers and other teams to keep them informed about customer issues Required Qualifications 5+ years of advanced customer-facing technical support experience Experience with MySQL or similar databases and SQL Query Optimization Solid sysadmin/QA/Testing skill set, including hands-on experience with Linux Experience with a scripting or coding language such as Python, Bash, or Go Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud platforms like AWS/GCP
