Key Responsibilities Oversee project plans and action items for proposal development and delivery Establish proposal development and review schedules for various proposal volumes Develop and write responses and documentation required for proposal submissions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Journalism, English, or a related field 5+ years of proposal management experience for federal agencies or 10+ years for commercial clients 5+ years of experience with DoD and Federal Government proposal coordination and management 5+ years of experience managing medium to large teams in a collaborative environment 5+ years of experience supporting Federal Agency IDIQ/BPA contract vehicles or multiple award contracts
