A company is looking for a Cobol Application Developer to support its service operations team for the CLOAS application. Key Responsibilities Monitor and support the Long Term Care policy administration system, resolving issues and maintaining system interactions Analyze user incidents, propose solutions, and implement changes while ensuring compliance with technical architecture Create reports for data analysis to support business activities and fulfill regulatory requirements Required Qualifications and Education 4-year college degree and relevant experience in mainframe programming (COBOL, JCL, CICS, IMS) Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business logic and system impacts Basic experience with SQL and data analysis Experience working in a cross-functional team environment on complex mainframe systems Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to adapt to new technologies
