A company is looking for a Commercial P&C Excess Underwriter. Key Responsibilities Review and evaluate insurance applications to determine acceptance or decline based on underwriting guidelines Approve or decline applications and issue coverage while ensuring compliance with regulations Collaborate with producers and the underwriting team to finalize applications and provide tailored guidance to clients Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum 3 years of underwriting or related insurance experience required Commercial casualty underwriting experience including excess CPCU, CIC, CRIS, or Property & Casualty Brokers License is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn industry-specific software quickly
