A company is looking for a Commission Processor Team Lead, US Based Remote. Key Responsibilities Assist in supervising the Commissions processing function and auditing processes for Agent Services Provide leadership and support to the Commissions Processing team, including training and troubleshooting Process commissions and audit deals to ensure accuracy and timely completion Required Qualifications High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 6 months of commissions processing experience 2 years of customer service experience required; prior real estate experience strongly preferred Strong math and analytical skills required Technologically proficient with various operating systems and software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe programs
