Key Responsibilities Assess and survey needs of people with diabetes Manage peer-to-peer activities and develop support programs for PWD Evaluate diabetes community needs and coordinate resources for initiatives Required Qualifications Master's degree in Public Health, Health Education, or related field, or equivalent experience At least five years of community health promotion experience Specific knowledge of diabetes and peer-to-peer support program delivery Experience managing key stakeholder relationships Successful track record in volunteer recruitment and community organization
