Key Responsibilities Oversee and enhance the compliance management system (CMS) to ensure alignment with laws and regulations Provide strategic compliance advice and support to Bank Business Lines and BaaS FinTech Partners Lead compliance risk assessments and oversee complaint analysis for assigned areas Required Qualifications, Training, and Education 10+ years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or legal roles in financial services Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation, or ability to obtain within one year Leadership experience in compliance and regulatory examination processes Extensive knowledge of financial services and compliance laws and regulations
