A company is looking for a Member Services Representative in Connecticut.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from patients/members regarding health insurance inquiries
Provide information on coverage, benefits, claims, and protocols
Maintain a HIPAA compliant and approved remote working environment
Required Qualifications
Must reside in Connecticut
Experience in a call center environment
Customer service experience, either via phone or in person
Healthcare experience from a provider or insurer perspective
Knowledge of Medicaid coverage is essential
