A company is looking for an Operational Exam & Business Support Analyst - Consumer Complaints. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate cross-functional activities for regulatory and internal exams related to the Complaint Management Program Act as the subject matter expert for consumer complaints and manage the collection and delivery of examination-related materials Drive the regulatory examination process and communicate findings and status updates to senior leadership Required Qualifications 1 year of experience at the company or 3+ years in complaints programs within the financial services industry Expertise in regulatory compliant complaint handling processes and banking regulations Proficiency in Excel/Tableau for data analysis and presentation Demonstrated ability to manage projects and develop strategies with limited information Strong organizational skills and experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment
