Contact Center Data Analyst
A company is looking for an Analyst, Contact Center Data Analytics and Reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Update and deliver regular production reporting for the Contact Center
Run daily reports and update dashboards, improving existing reporting through automation
Perform root cause analysis to address data issues and recommend changes to the reporting environment
Required Qualifications:
2-4 years of related experience in financial services, retail banking, analytics, or process improvement
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Six Sigma Training or Certification is a plus
Proficiency in Tableau, Salesforce Administration, and report automation
Ability to work independently and manage processes effectively
