Contact Center Specialist I
A company is looking for a Contact Center Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inbound calls from borrowers and financial institutions
Analyze and interpret insurance documents, updating information in a proprietary computer system
Maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity while adhering to strict guidelines
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year of experience in a fast-paced production environment preferred
Previous experience in the insurance industry, particularly auto insurance, is beneficial
Excellent data entry skills with a minimum of 45 WPM
Ability to demonstrate essential cognitive skills by passing required assessments
