Key Responsibilities Draft, review, redline, and negotiate complex commercial contracts while ensuring compliance with legal standards Enhance legal contracting workflows and support strategic initiatives across sales and HR departments Advise on compliance issues and provide legal counsel on employee relations and talent acquisition matters Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction 4-8 years of experience in contract law and commercial law, with proficiency in HR-related legal matters Experience drafting and negotiating complex Managed Service Provider and Software as a Service (SaaS) contracts Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and HR requests in a fast-paced environment
