Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to create and execute targeted territory development plans
Build and manage a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives, including recruiting, hiring, and training
Implement outbound calling programs and collaborate with Marketing on field activities
Required Qualifications
2+ years of Sales Development Leadership Experience in the Software/Technology (SaaS) space
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience (4 years)
2+ years of experience analyzing data and developing sales prospecting execution plans
Proven ability to coach and mentor team members
Demonstrated success in developing a prospect pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting
