CPA Accounting Implementation Specialist

A company is looking for an Accounting Enablement Specialist to join their Product Team. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to provide specialized accounting support during customer implementation Lead billing and accounting product implementation for new customers, including coaching on journal entries and reconciliation processes Create and maintain an internal accounting knowledge base and external training materials for customers Required Qualifications Deep understanding of accounting principles and practices; CPA certification is highly desired Significant experience in an accounting role, particularly in K-12 private schools High proficiency in Excel, especially in creating macros for automating journal entry processes Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple customer engagements Proactive, customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed
