Appeals Grievance Liaison Associate
A company is looking for an Appeals & Grievance Liaison Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Assign cases through the appeals management tool and manage case transfers
Research and respond to provider and member inquiries, ensuring departmental goals are met
Support external audit preparation and collaborate with third-party vendors for document requests
Required Qualifications
1 year of relevant work experience
Knowledge of state and/or federal regulatory policies and health plan products
Proficient in multiple PC-based software applications and systems
Demonstrated strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities
All relevant experience, including education and military experience, will be considered
