CPA Licensed Controller

A company is looking for a Controller to lead its accounting function during a critical growth phase. Key Responsibilities Own and scale the accounting function, including team building and process development Lead monthly close, consolidation, and external reporting, ensuring compliance with US GAAP Drive IPO readiness initiatives and manage relationships with auditors and external advisors Required Qualifications CPA and Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with Big 4 experience required 10+ years of relevant experience in senior-level controllership or corporate accounting roles Proven experience preparing a company for IPO or operating as a public company controller Deep knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and internal control frameworks Experience with Netsuite or similar ERP and familiarity with financial automation tools
