Creative Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities Onboard creative service partners and coordinate the accounts payable process for accurate and timely invoice management Communicate with vendors and internal teams to maintain strong business relationships and resolve payment inquiries Analyze accounts payable aging reports and support the closing of open jobs with various departments Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in an accounts payable role or a comparable administrative position Strong knowledge in Smartsheet and Tableau or a comparable data visualization tool Familiarity with invoice processing systems like Stampli Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs Experience working with complex clients is preferred
