Key Responsibilities
Build and optimize customer experience reports and dashboards using various analytics tools
Analyze customer journey data and feedback to identify pain points and present actionable insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with customer journey improvements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in customer experience or SaaS environments
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Salesforce reporting
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Experience with ETL workflows and data transformation
U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder; no visa sponsorship available
