Customer Experience Vice President
A company is looking for a VP, Customer Experience Transformation (Onsite).
Key Responsibilities:
Partner and deploy the customer experience strategy aligned with financial objectives, collaborating with various business leaders
Lead the definition and maintenance of customer and partner personas based on customer value chain insights
Develop customer experience insights and analytics, and report on the progress of initiatives to senior management
Required Qualifications:
10 years of progressive customer experience leadership
Strong external customer focus with proven results in enhancing customer experience
Expertise in data-driven marketing strategy and customer experience insights
Strong knowledge of customer experience drivers for growth and retention
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
