Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain predictive dashboards to identify customer needs and support areas

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
Master's degree in data science, analytics, or behavioral science
Experience analyzing product adoption and customer engagement
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar, along with visualization tools like Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI
Familiarity with data warehouse technologies like Snowflake
