A company is looking for a Customer Insights Analyst. Key Responsibilities Collaborates with business partners to develop an insights roadmap aligned with key priorities Recommends and manages custom research methodologies, including focus groups and surveys Produces and presents work in dashboards and reports to advise internal partners Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field 5+ years of relevant experience preferred Proven knowledge of managing the full market research cycle Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies Experience with customer insights and analytics tools
