Key Responsibilities Oversee operations in collecting outstanding insurance balances and resolving accounts receivable for clients Analyze payment trends and report issues, providing recommendations for corrections Ensure compliance with Information Security and HIPAA policies, training direct reports accordingly Required Qualifications BS in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or CPA highly desirable 10+ years in financial leadership roles, preferably in acute care or revenue cycle management Strong knowledge of governmental and insurance reimbursement practices Experience in supporting business development during the sales process Ability to build teams and foster a cooperative work environment
