Customer Service Management Supervisor
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Customer Service Management.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as an escalation point for employees, patients, and providers to resolve issues
Provide coaching and training to employees in customer service and case resolution
Oversee employee schedules to ensure proper business coverage as per client contracts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
College degree or equivalent years of experience preferred
2 to 4 years of prior experience in call center, healthcare, or related field preferred
Health insurance knowledge with both commercial and government plans highly desired
Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred
Process improvement experience
