Customer Service Outreach Specialist
A company is looking for a Customer Service - Member Outreach Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Perform outbound calls to activate and engage members in health programs and campaigns
Document information obtained from members during outreach and follow-up
Utilize customer service skills and motivational interviewing to encourage member participation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or college degree preferred
Two years of related work experience in healthcare, customer service, telemarketing, or sales required
One year of call center experience required
Experience equivalent to a lead/senior role or as a Customer Service Rep II required
Experience with computers, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel required
