A company is looking for an Operations Support Team Lead to oversee scheduling metrics and support the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities. Key Responsibilities Oversee scheduling metrics and prioritize high-need cases Assist in managing daily activities and provide guidance to team members Evaluate performance reports and assist in training Case Management CSRs Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required with 1.5+ years of relevant experience Professional experience with the New York State OPWDD projects Experience with assessment tools and data analysis in behavioral health or social services Ability to draft or modify training materials and procedural documentation Reliable high-speed internet service and company-issued computer equipment required
