Customer Success Coordinator
A company is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator 4.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outreach calls to schedule healthcare appointments and assist patients with pre and post-visit support
Document interactions effectively in a CRM or EMR and maintain proper unit documentation
Coordinate with the field team and clinical team to provide care and ensure professional communication with patients
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Experience in a call center or phone-based sales/support team
Basic knowledge of standard applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Fluency in the English language
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
