Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles, focusing on enterprise software or SaaS solutions
5+ years of experience leading customer success teams with a proven track record
Deep understanding of the modern data stack and challenges faced by data teams
Experience with customer success platforms such as Gainsight or Totango
Proven ability to drive customer retention, expansion, and advocacy
