Customer Success Manager, Legal
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Global and Large Law.
Key Responsibilities
Develop tailored use cases in collaboration with customers to address specific business challenges
Drive adoption of solutions by integrating use cases into customer workflows and providing strategic guidance
Build strong relationships with customers, proactively addressing their needs and advocating for their feedback within the company
Required Qualifications
A law degree or substantial experience working with large law firms or legal professionals
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role, preferably in SaaS or subscription-based models
Proven ability to understand and recommend tailored solutions for customer-specific use cases
Familiarity with legal technology or AI-driven platforms
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams
