Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Build strong relationships with clients to drive usage, retention, and growth
Evaluate processes and workflows to improve Customer Success team effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience managing customer-facing strategic accounts
Experience in leading teams in a customer-facing environment
Strong solution-based selling and project management skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce preferred
