Key Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle recruiting, ensuring structured interviews and candidate experience best practices Develop and maintain a comprehensive compensation philosophy and implement benefits programs Implement performance management systems and partner with leadership on organizational design and workforce planning Required Qualifications 8-12+ years of experience in People/HR, with leadership roles in high-growth or finance-adjacent companies Experience managing compensation strategies involving equity or tokens Strong fluency with numbers and data systems; background in finance or analytics is a plus Experience with international employment and benefits programs Strong project management skills and systems thinking
