Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coach a team of Customer Support Managers to enhance customer satisfaction
Lead performance management and process improvements to drive team efficiency and engagement
Collaborate with internal departments to optimize workflows and manage complex projects
Required Qualifications
BA/BS in a relevant field or equivalent customer service managerial experience
5+ years of experience leading a results-driven team in a SaaS or Product-Led Growth startup
5+ years of experience in staffing, performance management, and coaching employees
Strong technical aptitude and experience with data/analytics tools
Proficient in using applications such as Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and Excel
