A company is looking for a CX Operations Processor.
Key Responsibilities
Process chargebacks, refund requests, and reroutes efficiently
Manage workflows using internal systems and collaborate with the CX team
Maintain consistent output to handle volume spikes and assist with administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
3+ years in administrative, CX operations, or high-volume processing roles preferred
Must be available to work Monday-Friday from 9AM - 6PM PST
Proficiency in customer support platforms and ability to learn new tools quickly
Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Experience working independently in a fully remote environment
