Deductions & Dispute Lead

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of Target-related deductions, including documentation and dispute submission
Advise clients on best practices for handling Target deductions and disputes
Investigate deduction trends and provide data-driven recommendations to reduce revenue leakage
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of experience with Target deductions, post-audit claims, or compliance issues
Deep knowledge of Target's Synergy platform and deduction resolution workflows
Proven ability to recover revenue from invalid deductions
Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and develop strategies
Experience in building internal resources like process documentation and training guides
