Demand Manager
A company is looking for a Founding Demand Manager to build and scale account-based marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the ABM strategy across core segments, targeting high-value accounts with personalized campaigns
Lead create and capture programs to generate interest and convert existing demand into pipeline
Optimize the inbound funnel, including website conversion and lead routing
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or ABM, preferably in a B2B or industrial setting
Strong understanding of modern go-to-market strategy and alignment of sales and marketing
Ability to design and launch marketing programs independently
Experience balancing long-term brand building with short-term pipeline goals
Passion for experimentation and optimization in marketing efforts
