Desktop Support Technician II
A company is looking for a Desktop Tech II to provide onsite and remote support for users.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve complex technology issues for internal or external customers
Perform service, repair, and installation of computer products and manage user accounts
Document and track issues using ticketing systems and provide status updates to end users
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in a related field
Sound understanding of customer support operations and processes
Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, and network security concepts
Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
