A company is looking for a Digital Workplace Analyst II to support and administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments. Key Responsibilities Triage incoming tickets for Digital Workplace incidents and service requests Provide second-tier support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace-related issues Design and implement custom solutions and business workflows using SharePoint and Power Platform Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience At least 2 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 Knowledge of managing SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Office Experience developing automation solutions with Microsoft Power Platform Understanding of business analysis and requirements documentation
