Key Responsibilities Develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts for planning and control of the departmental budget Oversee financial operations for various divisions, ensuring compliance with policies and managing risk Supervise the Budget and Finance team and provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership Required Qualifications Advanced degree in a related area and five or more years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education Advanced knowledge of finance policies, practices, and systems Proven ability to manage complex financial data and prepare detailed financial reports Experience with financial management of extramural funds and compliance with funding regulations Advanced knowledge of Oracle systems for financial reporting and analysis
