A company is looking for a Director of Development and Integration for Business Applications. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of software developers focusing on Oracle, Salesforce, Boomi, and other business applications Manage multiple concurrent projects and provide input to long-term planning while ensuring timely updates to stakeholders Provide organizational and people leadership, setting goals and championing company values Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience in corporate IT software development and team leadership Experience in Oracle EBS development (SQL, PL/SQL) and integration using iPaaS services Proven experience leading development teams using Java, PL/SQL, and SQL Must be able to lawfully work in the United States and travel internationally up to 10%
