A company is looking for an Intake Therapist (Maryland License) - Contractor. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial mental health intakes and assessments for K-12 students and their guardians Collaborate with other therapists to ensure smooth transitions into services Provide culturally relevant counseling and maintain relationships with school personnel and families Required Qualifications and Education Licensed as a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) without restrictions Minimum of 3 years of licensure in Maryland Additional licensure in specified states or eligibility to apply for state licensing immediately Ability to enroll with insurance companies including Medicaid and private payers Proficient in technology and clinical practice related to children's mental health
