Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee multimedia strategy for podcasts, video, and social media to align with marketing objectives Partner with the media team to expand audience reach through strategic content creation and campaign implementation Engage with Christian thought leaders and monitor cultural trends to inform strategies and partnerships Required Qualifications Minimum 5-7 years of experience in social media strategy or multimedia marketing Experience with podcasts and multimedia platforms focused on audience development Strong understanding of the Christian creator space and cultural trends Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing campaign performance Experience managing influencer relationships is a plus
