A company is looking for a Virtual Store Support Operator (Remote). Key Responsibilities Provide best-in-class service by answering calls, returning voicemails, and responding to emails Assist customers with proof of purchase, returns/exchanges, and store experiences while collaborating with store leadership Document customer interactions and maintain customer information in a case management system Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED; minimum of 2 years related experience preferred Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute Must be available to work shifts between Monday-Friday and on holidays Regular attendance and punctuality are required Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
