Director of HR Information Systems
A company is looking for a Director, Human Resources Information Systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Product Owners and manage the product vision for HR tools like Workday and Service Now
Establish project management processes to ensure successful deployment and maintenance of HR systems
Act as a liaison between technology and business partners to facilitate project progress and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Product Owner, Consultant, or Business Analyst in the HRIS space
7+ years of experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and/or HR Systems
5+ years of experience leading consulting teams focused on Systems Implementation
Project Management experience with a focus on design, development, testing, and delivery
Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
