Director of Inclusion and Compliance
A company is looking for a Director of Inclusion and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage personnel actions for direct reports, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Oversee compliance training programs and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
Develop and execute plans for auditing people practices and promoting fairness and inclusion within the organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
10+ years of experience in HR compliance, policy management, and inclusion initiatives
Experience leading compliance training programs and conducting audits
Strong understanding of employment law and regulations
Proven ability to develop effective policies promoting fairness and equal opportunity
