A company is looking for a Director of Logistics responsible for optimizing the logistics network for beverage delivery across the US. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a culture of safety and continuous improvement across logistics operations Ensure adherence to standard work procedures and achieve inventory accuracy through accountability and root cause investigations Hire, train, and develop a team to meet customer expectations and deliver financial results Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred 6-8 years of experience in distribution, warehouse settings, or supply chain management Preferred experience in food/beverage and/or consumer packaged goods (CPG) Experience with ERP, WMS, and WES systems preferred
