A company is looking for a Director of Sales Support. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and executing proposal strategies aligned with healthcare industry trends and client needs Drive the response process for RFPs and RFIs, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions Maintain and refine a library of proposal content, case studies, and value propositions specific to healthcare BPO services Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 10+ years of experience in proposal management, preferably in healthcare BPO or professional services Understanding of healthcare payer and provider operations and regulatory requirements Strong project management skills to manage multiple proposals simultaneously Proficiency in proposal management software and Microsoft Office Suite
