Director of HR Transformation
A company is looking for a Director, HR Transformation & Planning.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the CHRO and HR leadership team to execute strategic HR priorities
Drive annual and quarterly HR planning cycles, including workforce planning and budgeting
Build and manage materials for Board updates and leadership presentations
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in HR strategy, business operations, or consulting
Prior experience in a top-tier consulting firm or internal strategy function is preferred
Strong program management and planning skills
Highly organized with a rigorous approach to tracking execution
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for insights and planning
