Key Responsibilities Supervise and direct the clinical education of third and fourth year medical students at core clinical training sites Make decisions to enhance the clinical experience for students and manage the needs of clinical rotations Act as a mentor, educator, and evaluator for assigned medical students in the region Required Qualifications DO or MD degree required Leadership experience in medical education preferred Experience in clinical education is desired Interest in education and mentoring Organizational skills and a compassionate approach are important
